This is the official news from board of secondary education Rajasthan and REET office rhat the board is providing Copy of OMR Sheet REET exam held on 26 November 2021 and Result has been declared by rbse there is a form uploaded on the official website and the fee for it 300/- per omr sheet
HOW TO FILL FORM for Duplicate OMR Sheet
First of all, the candidate should download the form through the link given below and take the print out.
Now fill the requested information in this form.
Enter the name, address and pin code of the applicant. Keep in mind that this information is completely filled. Your OMR sheet will be sent to this address.
A photograph of the applicant himself to be signed.
After that fill your roll number, form number and level.
Enter the name of the candidate, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth.
Enter your photo ID card number.
Also attach a self attested copy of photo identity card and copy of REET 2021 application form / admit card.
For the copy of OMR sheet, the candidate should attach the prescribed fee of 300 / – as given in the postal order / bank draft form.
After this, fill the date, mobile number, email below.
At the end fill your signature and name.
Now post it to the REIT office through post on the given address in the form.
After receipt at the REIT office, a copy will be sent to you through post at the given address.

REET 2021 OMR Sheet Copy Application Form कैसे भरे ?
अभ्यर्थी को सबसे पहले नीचे लिंक के माध्यम से फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर प्रिन्ट निकाल ले ।
अब इस फॉर्म मे मांगी गई जानकारी भरे ।
आवेदक का नाम, पता व पिन कोड भरे । ध्यान रहे ये जानकारी पूर्ण भरे । इसी पते पर आपकी OMR शीट भेजी जाएगी ।
आवेदक की स्वयं की एक फोटो जिस पर हस्ताक्षर करे ।
इसके बाद अपने रोल नंबर, फॉर्म नंबर व लेवल भरे ।
अभ्यर्थी का नाम, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम व जन्मतिथि भरे ।
अपने फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र के नंबर भरे ।
साथ ही फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र की स्व प्रमाणित कॉपी व रीट 2021 के आवेदन पत्र / प्रवेश पत्र की कॉपी संलग्न करे ।
OMR शीट की प्रतिलिपि हेतु अभ्यर्थी को निर्धारित शुल्क 300/- के पोस्टल ऑर्डर / बैंक ड्राफ्ट फॉर्म मे दिए गए अनुसार संलग्न करे ।
इसके बाद नीचे दिनांक, मोबाईल नंबर, ईमेल भरे ।
अंत मे अपने हस्ताक्षर व नाम भरे ।
अब इसको फॉर्म मे दिए गए पत्ते पर डाक के माध्यम से रीट कार्यालय को पोस्ट कर दे ।
रीट कार्यालय मे प्राप्ति के बाद आपको दिए गए पत्ते पर डाक के माध्यम से प्रतिलिपि भेज दी जाएगी ।
